| Yesterday |
My baby has this mini-project going on and has plans to paint the entire house. So yesterday we went to Ikea to get some stuff to decorate the room after the painting is done. Bought some stuff, overshot budget but still it seems like a lot to carry. So we left in the evening in my dad's car and drove back. There was a lot to carry and i doubt public transport will be an option.
Before that we had dinner at Delifrance. Reason was because my baby suddenly has this craving for lobster bisque. Or in layman's term means lobster soup. It looks creamy, kinda orange in colour and i always lie and say its made from lobsters' brains. Ha ha. Makes sense right? Lobster meat isnt orange what? Anyway this soup is tasty and i like the garlic butter bread that Delifrance serves it with. And i had this beef burgeo-something dish thats served with mash potatos. That was damn tasty yum yum.
And we went to watch a movie with all the stuff from Ikea in the car. Last night's movie was Evan Almighty and at the picturehouse. Comedy right, so the leading guy has to be funny. But i find him gross, disgusting and not funny(or rather trying too hard to be). In the movie he was like shaving(yes shaving), picking, waxing, digging his nostrils man. Wth you know. But the black secretary was funny and made me laugh so hard.
And got my hair dyed jet black, courtesy of *drums roll* -- my baby. Duh, who else will be patient enough to sit through an half hour of rubbing nasty chemicals on someone else's head? Thanks Bee. So now its jet black and i hope the bleached part wont come off! Not again! Love the garnier dye though, it even comes with conditional to keep the hair soft.
Demo-ed a new wilson racket from queensway. Hope to try it out soon, it looks damn nice! Heavier! More power!
Speaking of tennis, Serena Williams lost in the quarters of US open. Im damn sad, it was barely a match. Oh well. .
And i saw the rackets that Venus and Serena Williams are currently using. OMFG it cost over 600 bucks and has real gold plated onto it! It looks damn cool and feels heavy, sigh. I wish i was rich.
